Red-hot Tech men to host Fresno State Tuesday

After canceling its two matches over the weekend due to high winds, the No. 13 Texas Tech men’s tennis team resumes action on Tues., March, 30, as it hosts No. 27 Fresno State at 11 a.m. at the McLeod Tennis Center.

Tech (16-1) is on a 14-match winning streak having beaten six-straight ranked teams and 13 ranked teams this season. The Red Raider’s top player, 15th-ranked Raony Carvalho, was named the Big 12 Player of the Week last week after being named the MVP of the Blue Gray National Tennis Classic and leading Tech to the tournament title.

Tuesday’s match is the start of four-straight home matches for the Red Raiders. There will be free food and free t-shirts given away at the match.
